About
How it works
A directory of what indie founders and developers are running right now, listed by hand. Not a résumé and not a launch: a profile here is the set of things you actually have running.
The race and the record
runs.space is a weekly race: real people give fuel, a free vote, to the products they like, and the leaders climb toward Orbit. This site is its record. When a listed product is also racing, its page here shows where it stands, and the homepage shows who is leading. Fuel is a vote from a real person and money never buys it. If you own a claimed listing, your dashboard has a Race this project link that opens the launch form on runs.space already filled from it; you check it and press Launch.
How a listing gets here
Two ways. Someone submits their own profile and what they are running. Or we list a real project from public information and mark it unclaimed until its owner signs in and claims it. Either way a person looks at every new listing and every change before it goes public.
Links are earned, never sold
The link from a listing to a product's own site is a normal, followed link only when it has been earned: the listing is claimed and reviewed, or the product's rocket carries a verified badge, which means its own site links back to runs.space and that is re-checked regularly. Until then the link is marked nofollow. Nothing on this directory sells a followed link, and paying changes nothing about it. We don't promise any particular search result; no one honestly can.
What the status means
Live, beta, building and sunset are what the maker says. A product that is dead can stay listed, marked sunset, honestly.
Taking something down
If you are listed and didn't ask to be, or you want something changed, email hello@sublimearts.io. We remove it without argument.
Who runs it
Patrick Chen, trading as Sublimearts.io, Milano, Italy. The same person, database and sign-in as runs.space: see the privacy page for what that means.
