Pending legal review

This describes what the site really does today, but it hasn't had a professional legal review yet. Questions in the meantime: write to us and we'll answer directly.

What we store

Your email addressTo sign you in with a one-time code, and to tell you when something you submitted is approved or rejected. We are also notified when a new account is created.
What you submitYour name, handle, one-line bio, links and what you are running. It is public once it has been reviewed and approved.
Listings made from public informationFor a listing you did not create (marked unclaimed) we publish only what the person already shows publicly: a name, a one-line description, and their public links.
A network address with each submissionKept with the submission record to limit abuse (a few new profiles per network per day). Not shown anywhere.
A sign-in session cookieSet only after you sign in, to keep you signed in.
Page-view statisticsVercel Web Analytics counts page views, the page you came from, country and device type in aggregate. It sets no cookies, does not follow you across sites and is not linked to your account.

What we don't do

One account, two sites

runs-this.today and runs.space are run by the same person on the same database, so one account signs in on both. runs.space can see, read-only, which products are listed here and whether a listing is claimed; this site reads the public race standings from runs.space. Nothing is copied from one site to the other unless you ask for it.

Who processes it

How long

Your account and what you published are kept while your account exists. A submission is kept as a record of what was reviewed.

Your rights

Email hello@sublimearts.io to get a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account; we action deletion requests within 30 days. If you are listed here and didn't create the listing, tell us and we remove it without argument. As an Italy-based controller we are subject to the GDPR wherever you are visiting from, and you may complain to your own data protection authority.
